VEGA COMBI S

Industrial combination of Feeder, Chest Ironer, Folder and Stacker. With this machine you will have all the advantages of an industrial Ironer line on the footprint of a heated roll combi machine.

The machine consists of:

SELECTFEED UNO single station feeding unit with spreading brushers and belts
VEGAROLL 800 chest heated ironer with the ironer surface of a 1200mm single roll ironer
VEGAFOLD folding with lateral folds by air knife and cross folds by belt reverse folding in combination with a mechanical knife

The flexible chest of the VEGA COMBI S covers the 800 roll for 260 degrees and is pushed against the roll by three
individual hydraulic cylinders. Stainless steel scrappers make sure items will come of the roll and are guided to
the folder. Big advantage will be there are no marks of ironig tapes.

Standard execution of the folding section in single, two and four lanes. Up to 2 lateral folds (3 lateral folds option)
and 3 cross folds. All length folds can be by-passed by mechanical by-pass.
