VEGA MULTIFOLD GARMENT

The “towel” side of the folder works the same as the the MULTIFOLD SUPER 2.200. So the machine will automatically start when items are placed on the feeding deck. After this items will transported to the length fold section of the folder. In this section the items will be folded by a blade over knife principle. After length folding items will go to the cross fold section where folds will be made by belt reverse folding. From the cross fold section items will be sorted to 4 different stackers. On the “Garment“ side of the folder the garment are placed against the
feeding deck with suction. The machine can either start automatic or by a button. After starting the garment will transported to the garment folding section where sleeves are folded to the back of the piece. After this section
items will go in to the normal folding section of the MULTIFOLD GARMENT and can be sorted to 4 different stackers.
