VEGA TRANSFEED S

Operators clip the corners of the piece in the clipping station. After clipping the clipping station moves up in front of the the spreading system and the clips of the spreading system takes the corners out of the clipping stations. The high speed servo spreading system will spread the item and the vacuumay down beam is positioned under the full width of the item. The spreading clipping stations will release the item and suction will vacuum the piece to the lay down beam. The servo controlled lay-down beam will place the item on the feeding deck.

The VEGA TRANSFEED S can be equipped with three or four in height adjustable clipping stations and can be executed in one and, or two lanes for automatic feeding. Manual feeding is possible in mulitple lanes.

When the machine is set for manual feeding the clipping stations will move upwards and the feeding bed with stretching knives will come down to create an ergomic working positions for the operators.

The TRANSFEED S is standard available in working widhts up to 3.500mm. Working widths up to 4.200 are available as an option.
