Designed for high quality in combination with high performance hospitality laundries. The VEGAROLL 1600 275 has two chests of 1200 that cover a roll of 1600 by 275 degrees.
With this principle it is possible to have a large ironing surface without the marks of ironing tapes on the linen.

4 hydraulic cylinders are situated on each side of the VEGAROLL 1600 275. These cylinders push the flexible chest
simultaneously agains the roll with a pre-set pressure. The chest pressure, among others, can be parametrically set
on the screen controlled by the PLC system. The parameters within the PLC control system ensure an optimal ironing result. The drive system of the VEGAROLL 1600 275 is an independent motor with a gearbox and own frequency inverter to generate optimal speed synchronisation between feeder, ironer and folder. The heat in the ironer is created by pumping thermal oil trough the system. The oil is heated with a modulating burner and temperatures are controlled within the system using PT100’s.
